How to order?

You can place an order online through the site. Ordering through the site is very simple, find the item you want to buy, then click on “add to cart”. Then follow the steps below. If you do not want to buy anything more, click “continue until payment”, enter your details and choose the method of payment. The expected delivery time of items for Serbia is 3-5 working days, and we will try to get your order as soon as possible. If it is easier for you to order by phone, call our customer service and give all the necessary information to our operator. Our customer center is open every working day from 09-17h. With the product you get an invoice and a guarantee, if the item is subject to a guarantee.

The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract

CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW (“Sl. glasnik RS”, br. 62/2014 i 6/2016 )

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises within 14 days, without stating the reasons and additional costs, except for the costs referred to in Art. 34 and 35 of this Law (hereinafter: withdrawal from the contract). The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form for withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises or in another unambiguous manner (hereinafter: withdrawal form). The statement on withdrawal from the contract in the case of distance contracts and contracts concluded outside the business premises shall be considered timely if it is sent to the trader within the period referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
The statement of withdrawal from the contract has legal effect from the day it is sent to the trader. If the trader enables the consumer to fill in and send the withdrawal form electronically, he is obliged to inform him about the receipt of the form without delay in writing or on another permanent record carrier.
Upon the expiration of the deadline referred to in Article 29 of this Law, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract shall cease.
The burden of proving that he acted in accordance with the provisions of para. 1.-5. of this article, in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, is up to the consumer.
The form and content of the withdrawal form shall be prescribed by the minister responsible for consumer protection.
Along with the invoice, a form for withdrawal from the contract is delivered to the consumer.

Obligations of consumers in case of withdrawal from the contract

– In case of withdrawal from the contract, send the completed withdrawal form (which was submitted with the invoice upon delivery of the goods) to the realmeshop address from the form.
– The deadline for withdrawal from the contract is 14 days, this period runs from the day when you received the goods or the person authorized to receive the goods on your behalf.

– You are obliged to return the goods in the original packaging, with all the accompanying documentation, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you sent the withdrawal form (The withdrawal form is considered sent on the day of delivery and runs from that day deadline for returning the goods to the seller).
– You bear full responsibility if there is a decrease in the value of the goods that occur as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, or exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
– For each use beyond that, the consumer will be liable for the reduced value of the goods.
– In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, you bear the costs of returning the goods.
– The amount you paid under the contract will be returned to you no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the statement of unilateral termination.

The seller is obliged to issue a written confirmation to the consumer or to confirm the receipt of the complaint electronically, ie to announce the number under which his complaint is registered in the records of received complaints. Any damage during transport, lack of some parts and possible malfunction of a product, the buyer is obliged to report within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. The buyer is obliged to check the received goods upon receipt, and if an error has occurred, we will do our best to correct it as soon as possible. Complaints can be submitted only in the event that the delivered product is damaged, incomplete or does not meet the specification of the order. You can make a complaint by phone, mail or email. In the event that the customer’s complaint about the purchased product is justified and that serealmeshop and the customer cannot agree otherwise, the customer can return the product, while Realmeshop will refund the money. Refund is used only in case of complaint.
